As of the 1st January local sales tax will be added at the point of checkout. The amount you pay is inclusive of all applicable duties. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations.

In 1999, we developed a set of principles in partnership with our suppliers. These principles set down our requirements for suppliers to comply with all relevant local and national laws, particularly on: working hours and conditions, health and safety, rates of pay, terms of employment and minimum age of employment.

The time at which you'll be charged for your order will depend on the payment method you selected at checkout.

• If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
• If you've selected one of our Buy Now, Pay Later payment options, you'll be sent an invoice within 24 hours of your order being placed. Your invoice will include details of when payment is due.
• If you choose to pay via your iDeal account, you will be charged at the point of sale.

You’re not happy with your order, you have 15 days to send us back any items - FREE.

To make a return, just mark the items you are sending back on the return form that came with your parcel, pack what you are returning, and use the enclosed return label to send back your items. Make sure to cover up or remove the original delivery bar code on the box.
